Office had demanded that the defendant be sentenced to 13 years in prison because “Martinus had played an important role in the import of 450 kilograms of cocaïne through the use of a Cessna plane in 2020.” Clifton ‘Keppie’ Jongaman and Albert ‘GauGau’ who were also on trial were each sentenced to 6 years in prison for being accomplices to murder, a large scale drug trade and money laundering. In October 2025 a French high court in Le Mans sentenced Bordo to 8 years in prison. Bordo who was deported to France by Brazil had already been sentenced in absentia to 8 years but lodged an appeal. Prosecutors accused Bordo of organizing the so called drug mule trade between Saint-Laurent-du-Maroni and the airports Orly and Roissy.
