needs financial aid to pay several bills and to finance its daily operations. The donations that it received have helped to receive some of the pressure but are not enough to take care of the pile of unpaid bills. The director of Kinderhuis Ramoth, Marsha Samedi, told Times of Suriname that the situation has not improved which is why more financial aid is needed. The donations that were received these past couple of weeks have been used to pay the bills from the Energy Company Suriname (EBS) and the Suriname Water Company (SWM). Samedi hopes that more businesses and private individuals will pitch in so that the children’s home can keep its head above water. Donations can be delivered personally at Kinderhuis Ramoth which is located in the Henck Arronstraat 172 or they can be wired to the children’s home SRD bank account at DSB 1195433 or its Euro account at DSB 11233273. People who want more information can contact Kinderhuis Ramoth at 473191 or via WhatsApp at 8256977.
