Despite the departure of hundreds of soldiers the National Army keeps carrying out its operational tasks while focusing on national security. The National Army recently urged young men and women who are 18 years and older to enlist so that they can become part of the infantry and make an active contribution to the national security. It was recently reported that the army is faced with a shortage of infantry soldiers. Meanwhile the National Army is also focusing on encouraging soldiers to stay. The Ministry of Defense is also focusing on improving the provisions within the National Army. The National Army hopes that many young people who are motivated to serve their country and who want to make an active contribution to the national security will join its infantry. It made it clear that a career within the army does not only require physical effort but also dedication, determination and a strong sense of duty.
